Tooth discoloration can result from a combination of external and internal factors.
Surface stains (extrinsic discoloration) develop on the outer layer of the tooth—your enamel—due to lifestyle habits like drinking coffee, tea, red wine, or smoking. Poor oral hygiene or frequent consumption of staining foods can also contribute to these visible stains.
Deeper discoloration (intrinsic discoloration) occurs within the tooth structure, particularly in the dentin, the layer beneath the enamel. This can be caused by aging (as enamel naturally thins with time), genetics, certain medications or trauma to the teeth.
The whitening gel features PAP (Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid) as a key whitening ingredient — a clinically studied compound that effectively breaks down stains through an oxidation process. Unlike hydrogen peroxide, PAP whitens without releasing free radicals, making it gentler on both enamel and soft tissues.
The formula also contains hydroxyapatite, which binds to enamel to help rebuild and strengthen its surface during the treatment, enhancing both shine and long-term stain resistance.
Most users notice visibly brighter teeth after just 1–3 uses, but timing depends on the current shade of your teeth, the level of staining, and individual factors like genetics, prior whitening history, and lifestyle (e.g., coffee, tea, red wine).
For best results, complete the entire treatment of ten days.
No, the formula is specifically designed to avoid damage and sensitivity to both enamel and gums.
Unlike peroxide-based whitening, PAP does not penetrate to the pulp or nerve tissue and is less likely to trigger inflammatory responses
The kit also includes a remineralizing serum with ingredients like hydroxyapatite and potassium nitrate to help reinforce enamel and reduce sensitivity.
Dentist-performed treatments often use high concentrations of hydrogen or carbamide peroxide for rapid whitening, which can cause enamel dehydration and sensitivity.
Our peroxide-free formula offers a gentler alternative that works gradually while strengthening enamel at the same time.
It’s ideal for consistent, at-home use without the risks associated with peroxide-based treatments.
The serum is a key step in our kit – it’s packed with hydroxyapatite, calcium ions, fluoride, and potassium nitrate to restore and strengthen your enamel after whitening.
It helps soothe sensitivity, protect against erosion, and replenish minerals that are essential for healthy, radiant teeth.
Whitening results will typically between 2-6 months depending on your oral hygiene, diet, and natural tooth characteristics.
No whitening is permanent - but regular brushing, avoiding staining foods and drinks, and using our Essential Whitening Toothpaste can help prolong the results and maintain a healthy, bright smile.
With peroxide-free products, you can repeat the treatment more often to maintain your results.
In most cases, yes—you can use our whitening gel with plastic aligners or custom-fit trays, such as Invisalign.
However, since materials and fit vary, we recommend consulting your dentist or orthodontist before combining any treatment. Using trays not designed for whitening may affect results or comfort.
White spots may appear right after whitening due to temporary dehydration of the enamel—these typically fade within a few hours. In some cases, existing irregularities or areas of mineral loss in the enamel become more visible as the teeth whiten.
These are not caused by the whitening itself and usually even out over time as the enamel rehydrates and remineralizes.
We recommend using the whitening gel once a day for up to ten consecutive days, or until you are happy with your results.
Then wait at least one month before starting another round of treatments.
Our peroxide-free formula is gentle on natural enamel and dental work. However, whitening agents do not affect the color of materials like porcelain or resin, so crowns, veneers, or fillings may not whiten in the same way as natural teeth.
Consult your dentist if you have visible dental work and are unsure about treatment expectations.
Please consult your doctor before starting any whitening treatment.
We recommend you to use our Essential Whitening Toothpaste during this time instead of our Whitening Kit.
