You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time, given we have not already packed your products for sendout. You can do this through your account page. If you are experiencing issues with this, please contact us.

You can recycle all paper packaging in your local paper recycling. Our toothpaste tube and cap are also recyclable, so after finishing your product, put it in plastic recycling. Our toothbrushes (like almost all other toothbrushes) are unfortunately not recyclable at this moment, however we are working to find a solution.

Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days from placing your order. However, it depends on which delivery service you choose. At the checkout, you can see the delivery options we offer to your address and the estimated delivery time.
