Apply the toothpaste to a soft bristle toothbrush, brush your teeth for at least two minutes and spit (do not swallow). Do not rinse. Use the amount that fits on a manual toothbrush head, if you're using a smaller brush head, apply the toothpaste twice during two minutes to obtain full effect.
Use twice daily or as recommended by a dentist to ensure product benefits. This product is formulated for adults and children over 10 years. It is safe to use for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Since our formula has a low RDA (relative dentin abrasion), it is safe to use with both manual and electric toothbrushes.
