Heat the mouth trays in hot water and shape them to fit your teeth.
Whitening Gel
Apply gel in mouth trays and leave on for 30-40 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Remineralizing Serum
Apply serum directly to teeth. Do not rinse.

Before starting treatment, carefully read the full instructions provided in the manual. Repeat from step two (applying whitening gel) daily until you're satisfied with the results — but no more than fourteen consecutive days. We recommend a 10-day treatment.
