Dispose of used brush heads with household waste. Recycle the aluminium handle according to your local electronic-waste guidelines.
Apply toothpaste and select your preferred brushing mode. Brush for two minutes, letting the 30-second timer guide you through each quadrant. Move the brush gently across the teeth and along the gum line.
After use, rinse the brush head thoroughly and wipe the handle clean. Store upright and allow to air dry.
Replace the brush head every 2–3 months, or as recommended by your dental professional.
